Project Management team prepare design brief in terms of scope, time, cost, quality and safety and establish project control systems. Preparation of Project Master Schedule along with technical specifications and Bill of Quantities (BOQ to minimise risk and optimise cost. Provide total site supervision, quality audits, coordination and troubleshooting for activities during all phases of project life cycle.
Shop Detailing and 3D modelling
We have vast experience in 3D structural steel modelling, using ‘Tekla Structures’, connection design as per international codes & extracting shop and erection drawings. Concept of BIM – working on common 3D Model integrating all disciplines is fast emerging as most effective mode of engineering. We undertake 3D Modelling & BIM activities as regards to Civil Structural works also extending to HVAC & electrical applications.
