Project Management

Engineering designs are prepared as per the scope, cost, quality and safety specifications Project master schedule is prepared to describe the milestones of deliverables cost control documentation as well as monitoring and control. Site supervision, quality audits and troubleshooting is provided during all phases of project lifecycles. Reports reviews & 3D Model are prepared at the different stages of the project.

Structural Detailing & Building Information Modeling (BIM)

GA and shop drawings are prepared on the basis of inputs provided by the design engineers. 3D Models are prepared, and structural connections are provided on the basis of the defined parameters. The models are checked and revised on the basis of checkers’ comments and suggestions.

Engineering Design

The project coordinator and the team review the input and prepare design schedule. Architectural and Structural designs are prepared by competent architects and engineers. General arrangement drawings are prepared. Design foundation and superstructure are prepared. Member sizes and reinforcements details are provided to finalize the GAs. Design calculation report is prepared on the basis of Detailed Architectural and structural drawings and then GAs are finalised after multiple rounds of minute checking. Design Calculations and architectural and Structural drawings are submitted to the clients for approval. With necessary minor changes, (IFC) issued for construction drawings are prepared. “As Built” drawings are prepared on the basis of markups issued by the site team.
