Qualification : Post- Graduation in any Faculty
Experience : Minimum ten years of experience of managing staff
Skills:
- Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft office
- software (Word, Excel & PowerPoint etc.)
- Letter drafting English and Marathi
- Communication skills in both written & oral.
- Ability & willingness to work cooperatively.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to understand and apply – company and statutory requirements in day to day working.
Responsibilities & Authorities:
1.Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2.Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
3.Managing the recruitment and selection
4.processMaintain current Employee list.
5.Recruitment of personnel as per requirement.
6.Handling resignations and completing exit formalities.
7.Organizing Staff Appraisals.
8.Identifying training needs Arranging training to staff.
9.Produce documents & reports as requested.
10.Maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships with employees.
11.Type correspondence, reports & other documents.
12.Maintain employee personal files.
13.Maintain confidential records & files.
14.Maintain all employee records.
15.Maintain employee job profile file.
16.Prepare training plan.
17.Coordinate & arrange internal as well as external training program.
18.Maintain training attendance record.
19.Coordinate new recruitment activity.
20.Prepare daily time record of all employees.Orientation of new employee.
21.Prepare annual holiday list.Maintain employee’s leave record.
22.Maintain library comprising of national, international standards, codes & books.
